I was around 12, and it was You give love a bad name. I heard it maybe 2 or 3 times before to go buy the album!

I don't know what the first song of theirs that I heard was, but the first that I really listened to was It's My Life, and then Say It Isn't So...prompting me to buy Crush.

Aloha !

I guess I was about 12 years old when I heard Always for the first time. I liked them right away, but became a fan in 1997.

i'm not sure when i first heard them -- but i remember that Crossroads was always played in the house when i was younger. but i didn't know that it was bon jovi. the first time i heard a song that i actually knew to be bon jovi was IML, and i hated it...and when i listened to the whole Crush album (my sister had bought it)...i had a serious dispassion for them but when i found out that Crossroads was BJ (i was surprised at first) then i got the older albums my respect for them came back

I guess I was about 9 the first time I heard a Bon Jovi song because I saw the video to She Don't Know Me on MTV at my cousin's house. The only thing that made an impression was thinking how thin the guy walking down the street was. LOL I didn't even realize it was Bon Jovi until I got the Breakout video years later and recognized the video.

When I first heard Bad Name in 1986, I was 11 and I LOVED the song immediately. I also loved Prayer, Wanted, and Never Say Goodbye when I heard them on the radio. In 1988, I heard Bad Medicine and thought it was the greatest song ever recorded and that's what really sparked my devotion to the band.

Well I def remember hearing Living on a prayer when I was prob about 8 or 9 but I thought it was by Def Leppard

I saw Keep the Faith on MTV when I was 12 and watched a docmentery on them (I think it was called past present and future). I then realised it was them who sang prayer and saw the vid for Bed of Roses thats what made me a true fan.

I knew Always before I got interested in Bon Jovi and I remember that I thought it was boring.

I think I was 13 when I heard It's My Life for the first time, that was when I started to like them.
