I heard You Give Love a Bad Name on a David Copperfield show when I was about 6 or 7 and I loved the song. It wasn't until like '99 when I realized it was actually by Bon Jovi.

I'm not sure. I cannot even guess. But obviously I didn't like it straight away because I cannot remember it.

Well my dad was a DJ for 15 years whilst I was growing up and I must have been about 6 or 7 when I first heard and took note of Livin on a Prayer. Didn't know who it was by and forgot about it completely until I was 17, heard Always (loved it!!) and then discovered, after being hit by a sudden wave of nostalgia that they also wrote LOAP when I bought Crossroads.

I was 16 when I heard Runaway. First time was on the radio, and I liked it so much that I just had to find the single. Like I have said before, back then jovi was something fresh, and different, so it caught my attention.

I don`t know exactley when I first heard Bon Jovi, first time I recognized it`s BJ was with KTF. Before I probably saw Blaze, and maybe the 89 vma performance but that was something I relized later

It had to be a few years ago, when VH1 did the, "The 100 Greatest Moments of Rock and Roll" (Or something to that extent...) I was watching primarily for Queen. I think it was in the 80s or 70s when the Live Aid bit was on.. and I was upset because I wasn't born in the 60s or 70s so I could go see it. Anyway, during the Live Aid bit.. They showed footage from Europe and America, and during the America bit, I heard, "Runawayyy...." And I automatically liked it.. but I didn't look up the lyrics and the artist until weeks later.

I was 13 and heard Billy Get Your Guns and Never Say Die on the radio and was hooked immediately! When I then got all the 80's albums after that I could remember that I had def heard Prayer before

well i'm still a new fan.. they were first brought to my attention when i saw the video for Everyday in late 2002 so i was 17. i was totally hooked on the guitar and Jon's voice, but i didn't really look further into their music until a few weeks later when my sister mentioned how she liked the song It's My Life, and at that time i didn't know BJ sang that song, so i looked up their past albums and fell in love with them instantly.
