I dont think the Philly crowd would agree with the blogger statements. I think Jovi rocked Philly and the crowd loved it , got a better reaction than a lot of other bands.

I liked Prayer + HAND, IML was ok.

Amazing. On other websites, people are saying Bon Jovi rocked, have still got it, and were awesome. They complain that the US TV coverage cut them off. On this Bon Jovi site, you find mostly bitching. They didn't do enough songs.... Jon didn't say anything. Given that the schedule was running behind maybe they were asked to shorten their set. Considering that Jon had talked to the press the day before and day of already, maybe he already has made a statement. And again, if the schedule came into play, maybe he didn't have time to make a speech.

I saw LOAP and later IML and thought both sounded good. They sounded a hell of a lot better than most of the performances I watched yesterday.

That's cool to hear others thought they rocked. I was watching them with a few friends and family and I was so nervous before they came on because the last time I saw the band was the Borgata show for the box-set and I thought Jon sounded terrible that night and I was half expecting the worst, but he absolutely blew me away yesterday (thanks in no small part to HAND) and everybody I watched it with thought they sounded (and looked :P ) awesome too .

I don't really get the negativity here, everyone seems to agree that Jon and the band sounded great but are still not happy? Jeez, I thought it was all about the music .

But being as big as they are you'd expect them one of the best on such a show, but they weren't. They were far from being really good, in fact, just another band, not the big Bon Jovi one would expect.

Howa' ya! :P

Ya know it's funny Seb, you moan and moan about backstagers who do nothing but blindly lavish praise on the band and can't be taken seriously but you're just as bad. You do nothing but criticize the band, sometimes completely warrented, most times not, but the fact is you do nothing but post negative comments about them. Yeah, your not the same as the backstagers, but you are just as bad.

Lovely, another whiner who whines about my so called whining. If you disagree with me, tell me why. Otherwise, just shut up.

Eh, I just did . You moan and moan and moan about everything. Makes it hard for you to be taken seriously when your opinions are 100% biased in one direction.

I guess it's because here we examine everything with a magnifying glass

Seriously though. I don't think they were bad - only they could have been better. I guess they delivered well for the general public.
