They should keep going as long as they want until they want to call it a day. I don't believe that their status as a great band is gone without Richie. Burning Bridges is one of the best albums they've released in 20 years. Getting older, they may not be able to tour as much, but if they can continue to make albums that are THAT good, they should make albums like that until they fall over dead from whatever naturally kills them in their very, very old ages.
