I think it would be Richie. You know Jons charisma is mostly his smile and his eyes, so if that was Richies he would be the front man. He`s got an amazing voice and he`s much funnyer than Jon

being the frontman has afforded him the opportunity to be a TV/film star. it's only because of the fact that he is jon bon jovi that he is also an actor. (this is no criticism of his acting ability) if richie sambora were lead singer in the band 'sambora', i'm sure he would have been afforded the same opportunity.

No, his charisma is not just his smile and eyes. It's the way he carries himself, the way he intereacts with people, the way he understands people and knows how to make anyone feel like they have his undivided attention, even if it's one person in a sea of thousands. It's the way he speaks and the way he peforms on stage or in front of a camera. Charisma is not found in physical features.

Now you forget that Jon took acting lessons for 3 years before he was offered his first role.It's not only his looks that make him get roles.Whether you like his acting or not,that man worked hard for it.

hey well Richie is capable of leading. but it is jon. the voices are totaly differnt. and I keep seeing the difference between them both but sometimes it is confusing indeed.
