OK, so when non-Bon Jovi fans ask you about photos and interviews since Cross Road, "where is the bassist?" what do you tell them? I always say that for some reason since Alec left the band, the guy that plays bass isn't metioned as a Bon Jovi member to show some respect for Alec (which is kinda the truth), but they say "well, why do they need to show respect, he's not dead is he??" They think it's stupid that other bands can replace members with no problems but why not Bon Jovi? Everyone knows Hugh, he fits in with the band perfectly, he could still play on other peoples records (I'm sure, seen as it's been done before).

Hugh is hired, I don't think that he'll become a Bon Jovi member. Anyway, if you ask me, Hugh has been in the band for so many years and did his job well, I think they should make him a member - it'd be fair.

Liz, maybe you don't know this, but actually the entire band is hired. Jon got a recorddeal and then he hired a band, it's not like richie, dave, tico and jon have a recorddeal as 'bon jovi'... that's what's makes the situation even more ridiculous... we've got one member with a recorddeal, who hires 3 official members and one unofficial member... gets confusing huh? lol

Hugh shoud leave. I dont know why people think he is talented, the only thing he plays that requires even a tiny bit of skill is Keep The Faith. He is also bald, which is a sufficient enough reason in itself for him to leave. Either that or Jon should make him have an 'accident', then they will HAVE to replace him. They should've got Kasim Sultan, and while they were at it, they should traded in Tico for a slightly younger, better drummer; he was good in the early albums, but now he does nothing to enhance the bands sound.

Dont Believe everything ya' read.Jon Had a record contract OFFER before Bon Jovi but he wanted to be a singer in a Rock Band.

And a scarecrow probably has more skill (and hair).

Look for example in the Destination anywhere video where he is kissing Demi Moore in bed. There you can see that he becomes bald. And that's not the only time you can see it.
