Default i dont know if this has been coverd before

i was just wondering how comes theres only a few live shows of bon jovi on DVD

Live from london
crush tour
this left feels right live

why don't they release a dvd from the HAND tour because i've heard those shows were brilliant so why don't they release a dvd of one.

and why don't they release an evening...keep the faith live on dvd

no clue why. i really don't understand it. maybe they know there's a well-developed bootleg market for the die-hartds, otherwise I can't possibly explain it. I'd love to see some shows on DVD quality though, especially some form the 80s like Monsters of Rock 1987 or Milton Keynes 1989 ...ah, well...

HAND was their best tour Ive been to. Better than TD or Crush.
Dublin, Croke park had 60-80k people. They should put out that DVD. Its was the best ever!

And also cos they played Dry County in Dublin too - I wanted to go to that gig as it was on my birthday but opted for the more easily accessible Glasgow and Hull shows instead. No Dry County at either of them!

The even more frustrating thing is that I was offered a couple of tickets to the Manchester show but already felt that I'd spent enough on the two concerts I was going to and turned them down...

GUTTED!!! Still never seen DC live so PLLLLEEEEEEAAAAAASE play it at the O2 guys!!!

Well, it's kind of a double edged sword.
I want more live DVD's, but if they released one after every tour, it would oversaturate the market place.
That being said, how bout a box set type of release with:
A Jersey Syndicate show, a These Days show, and a show from whatever their then most recent tour was (whether a HAND show, or they can release after the tour next year)

I would have thought the obvious thing would have been to re-release all the old VHS stuff (An Evening, Cross Road etc) on DVD- maybe not a band decision, but an easy buck for the record company. I'd love a HAND DVD too, and also the Borgata with all the 100,000,000 songs.

On the other hand if there was a new DVD every tour, it would probably get to the point where people were asking if there was any point buying them - considering the setlists don't really change that dramatically, the bonus material would have to be pretty good!

Yeah! Do we really want another version of Living On A Prayer? Or Sleep When I'm Dead?
That said, a new DVD would always be welcome Just give us some rare songs on it, not a greatest hits.

I don't want to have a DVD from a new tour (well the unplugged with the new material seems promising).

I want the old stuff, let them release a proper 80's or full 90's show.

That being said this thread can be closed....

I don't know about most of you guys, but I would prefer a DVD of all of the bands singles- from SWW to current.

Having that in Dolby 5.1 would be absolutely awesome!

You would think they would get around to it soon, as it would be a good money spinner for the band - perhaps it will happen in conjunction with a GH2.
