Everybody's Tommy and Gina, whether you look at it one way or another.
Besides wouldn't it be better to relate to the song by what it means to YOU!!!
i've done it ever since I heard it and it means a lot to me.

I always thought he should have done a conclusion to "LOAP" with a song called "Tommy & Gina". there's a brief note about them into "IML", but a positive conclusion with a song like this should be great

I think Danny and Bobby do actually exist and were mates of Jon back int he day.

He's got a song on the powerstation years called Bobbys girl so it's not something like Tommy and Gina where there's been a famous reference (ie livin on a prayer) and he's kept revising it.

I think the whole idea of tommy and gina is that they could be any coupla who stick together throught hick and thin hence why he referred to the folk he knew, i dont particularly think they're the actual basis for tommy and gina.
