Have a look on www.freezezone.com - they've got a load of Richie tabs. I think they might have lyrics too.

Its a good point to start from though, if you're trying to develop musically, to take the chords RichieW2001 gave you above and try and put them to the track yourself. That way you learn what an A sounds like, what a G sounds like and how to listen for chord changes. Just try each chord (there are only 2!) during the verse and see which sounds RIGHT over the CD.
