If I don't own them, doesn't mean I haven't listen to them And the so called "heaviness" of Bounce is bullshit - it's the most ballad-filled Bon Jovi album. And what's even worse is that those ballads are mediocre comparing to their standart. The "heavy" songs aren't too great either. The only one I like is Undivided.

I began to purchase bon jovi CDs with KTF in 1993 (I got it late) .......Then I think I got all the cds chronologically but I cannot recall exactly when could have been quite delayed between the date it was released and the day I bought the album- I was not obsessed and focused until the end of the 90's
I bought the CDs previous to KTF all together in 2000 along with Crush ...(I turned into die hard fan collector in 2000 with my first computer -it made is easier to me to be updated on everything jovi)
since Crush I got all the cds the DAY they are released...
I also buy all the singles too (most are purchased at the virgin mega store champs elysées paris they have all the imports there )

ps I didn't purchased all the limited edition of all the jovi cds but a few NJ SWW TD KTF Bon Jovi and Fahrenheit

I'm not really sure but I'm thinking it was something like this...

Crossroad
Have a Nice Day
Bon Jovi / 7800 Fahrenheit
New Jersey / Bounce
Destination Anywhere / This Left Feels Right
Slippery When Wet
Keep the Faith / These Days
Crush
One Wild Night
Blaze of Glory (although my brother had the cassette from back in the day)
Stranger in this Town
Lost Highway
100,000,000 Bon Jovi Fans Can't Be Wrong
Undiscovered Soul / Lunar Eclipse
The Circle

Then I went to Japan and bought local editions for a lot of those, as well as a bunch of singles. And now the special editions are selling in Australia for a price that's low enough for me to pick one up whenever I drop into JB Hi-Fi. **** Bon Jovi.

I bought Crush in summer 2000 after seeing/hearing It's My Life and Say It Isn't So on MTV, then I borrowed New Jersey, Cross Road and These Days from my uncle, copied those to tape, but then I saw the whole back catalogue on sale in a shop in town in their "2 for £5" range so I basically bought them all then. I probably got some of the solo albums later, online, and then bought albums since Bounce as they were released.

I started to be a fan around the time when Crossroads was released so I got that one first.
I think they go something like this:

1. Crossroads
2. These Days
3. New Jersey
4. KTF
5. Slippery
6. Bon Jovi/Farenheit

Don't remeber how the solo albums ft into the picture r what order I bought them in. Since Crush it's been pretty much week of release on everything......

First was Slippery in 1986. Within a month I bought the first 2 albums. Chronological since Slippery.

1. Crossroads
2. Lost Highway
3. Slippery When Wet
4. New Jersey
5. Crush
6. Have A Nice Day
7. Keep The Faith
8. Bounce
9. Blaze Of Glory
10. These Days
11. 7800
12. Bon Jovi
13. Destination Anywhere
14. 100M Fans Cant Be Wrong
15. Stranger In This Town
16. Undiscovered Soul/Lunar Eclipse (had to order online)

  • My very first BJ album was OWN in May 2001 when my father bought it to me in Ireland (I asked him for Crush..)
  • Then I bought cassette of Crush on a ferry from England in June 2000 (They didn't have a CD there)
  • Next was Keep The Faith (I got a copy of Crossroad cassette before, found it in a collection of our friends during our visit and copied it )
  • Then I got 7800° Fahrenheit because I thought it was rare. I used to go to our biggest music shop quite regularly to listen to the cds and Fahrenheir has never been there, so when it appeared I bought it. Great times - I was young and all my money I got from my grandmas for good marks at school etc so when I had enough, I went to buy next album.
  • Next was the debut album for similar reasons as Fahrenheit
  • The best one came next - New Jersey
  • I think this was the time wen Bounce was released and I got it for Christmas together with Crush CD
  • I think Stranger In This Town and Blaze Of Glory were next
  • and Undiscovered Soul and Slippery When Wet after them
  • I got Destination Anywhere later
and from TLFR I got them all the day they were released or avaiable

I have to mention that I bought several different editions so I have almost every album twice.
