Interesting article, thank you for posting. But, I know I'm pointing out the obvious and preaching to the choir but the fundraiser is Jon acoustic, the fair was the band (prob. less RS). Don't buy the schedule conflict myself but that's the only answer we will ever hear.

I added this link to another thread on this subject this am, thought I would add it here too. I found it this am and the article actually has a copy of the contract, makes an interesting read if nothing else. Someone on the site I stole this from said it was actually a Bj and KOS contract not BJ, see the CAA page 8 or 20 it was for Kings of Suburbia.
