Kev - it was a TOP TEN HIT, then means that it was one of the ten biggest selling singles in the country that week - that makes it a hit! It doesnt matter how long it hangs around or whatever (very few songs actually hang a round for long at all these days) - it WAS a hit single, no two ways about it!
