If he was a rapist he woud have spent time in prison which he clearly hasn't.

That part is debatable. We don't know that he hasn't. We don't know anything about the man other than the fact that we sometimes see him on bjtvs and on the dvds.

I thought I read he DID do prison time. Like I said, no one knows all the info so it's tough to say.
