Default Is San Diego 1991 Sambora's best live performance?

This stuff is so amazing.

I wonder however where this performance of Church Of Desire comes from? Video description says: From the album Bon Jovi Greatest Hits Live. Recorded live in the USA. This is not an official album, is it from the same source as San Diego 1991?

Yes Church Of Desire is from San Diego too. There was a radio broadcast of 11 songs from the show. There was also a promo CD with the same 11 songs.

I used to have a copy (CDR, not the real thing), but stuff got lost. Anyway, it sounds amazing, its even better than the studio versions I would say.

It's an easy answer: I don't know xD

I think the situation is similiar to the band's performances in Wembley 1995 or Yokohama 1996. A lot of fans think that those were their best performances. But simply because those are the only soundboard recordings we have from that era.
And as far as I'm concerned, San Diego 1991 is the only Richie soundboard ever. So that makes it easy to think this was his best live performance. Maybe it was, maybe it wasn't. Personally, I liked his 1998 tour better. But that's a matter of taste.
