Very possibly.
I've got nothing personal against Seb (how could I - I don't know him.) I've posted on many message boards. It's IMPOSSIBLE to get the exact feel of how someone is trying to come across by reading their words. Hell, I used to IM my wife at work, and we'd get into huge fights and neither one of us knew why.
That's probably what happens with Seb. I think the reason I get so offended by Seb's posts is, I think he rubs me the same way a former friend of mine used to (no, not in that way.) I had this friend who every time we got into a discussion, it was always how stupid I was and he just came across so damn arrogant and conceded. Seb does come like that to me at times. The whole "backstage bitch", and "gimp" thing - That irks me. Seb's certainly intelligent and articulate enough to get his point across without insults. I don't why it bothers me so much. I just get irked by meanness (or what comes off as meanness to me.) But, to answer your question, absolutely, I could be misinterpreting the way he is coming off.
