Just face the facts, Richie has left the building and Jon will keep the band alive to gather more money. In the end he doesn't need Richie...There are enough "fans" who will still drool after Jon and fill the arenas!!!!

Very true. The next album might work but it won't last long. Then they will bring Richie back.

The years are catching up with them. I personally don't see them touring much longer. This probably just changed all their future plans as a band but honestly, if nothing had happened with Richie on this tour, there wasn't much life left in the band to begin with. These are the ending years of Bon Jovi as we know it, regardless of what happens with Richie.

Richie has NOT left the building until Jon or Richie say that Richie has left the building: Otherwise, whatever Richie is doing, he's doing with Jon's blessing. Of course, that doesn't mean that WE can't leave the building in the meantime!

Maybe I am the only one, but in all honesty, I am SUPER HAPPY about it. What Bon Jovi is producing musically is appalling and without Richie, I can easily let them rest in peace, no matter what Jon Bon Bon decides to do with the name, touring, etc...

I agree. I would feel a sense of relief. It would be really sad to see them dragging on like this and ruining what's left of their reputation. Unfortunately, I don't see them being able to turn things around anymore.

Not really...

It's a little premature to say Richie is out of the band, IMO, especially since Jon is on record saying otherwise.

That being said, if Richie is out of the and, I hope the band doesn't continue without him. It's just not Bon Jovi w/o Richie's input. If Jon chooses to continue with new music without Richie, and I hope he does, I hope he does so as a solo artist. I would like to see Jon become a pop artist, like Sting or Bowie, for a while anyway, and with an eventually reunion with Richie.

But again, it's a little to soon to be talking about a split, this is just conjecture on my part.
