I'm just taking a stab in the dark here; but is anyone at all familiar with the Island Records Bon Jovi Website? What do I do to unregister/delete my account, so that I can register again, being very careful to do it properly next time? Does it, maybe, become automatically removed after a certain number of days without use? If anyone knows, and can help me out, please do!

Sorry you are having such a dilemma. Many people had the same problems when they first switched over. It finally corrected itself and some people had to change passwords and usernames. I never log out in case I can't get back in. I wish I could help you, but I forgot what others had to do. Good luck and keep emailing them. They may finally answer you. That website does really stink now. It's not the same great site it used to be. Eileen
