bring - brought - brought - to take one thing from one place to another.

buy - bought - bought - to pay in order to have something.

Two very different verbs. When I first joined here and read people using brought as bought I was very confused Still am though. They sound different, right?

I've never actually noticed it before, perhaps I just glanced over it without noticing.

Just further fuel for the discussion on the English language we're having in the NBJ forum.

I need a 'SAMBORA' shirt for the right money. One like Richie wore on the Bounce tour. I'd get one from his site but it's like $30 and then I'd have to pay import tax on it, so **** that. Anyone know if anybody in England sells the genuine product?

Nothing's wrong with it Dawn ....

I have just one, the Local Crew one from Bercy 93 (or 94?)
I don't want others, i prefer to spend my money on something else because they are always too big and not really nice to wear for women

yes they are, but it would be understandable if he was not an english speaking person, i confused them myself a couple of times.

as for the t-shirts: im gonna make a soooooo cool one!! a white t-shirt with 'keep the faith' on the front, with 'bon jovi' as a small writting at the botton, and the bon jovi logo in the back OR one with the logo in my sig that would be damn cool as well
