Santa Fe might be the best song from JBJ's solo albums. But the best song he has written is Dry County.

Blaze Of Glory is Jon's all time best track, as its his anthem and it proved to the world that Jon Bon Jovi can still write great songs on his own!

Yeah, there are too many really.

Blaze, Miracle, Bang A Drum, Destination Anywhere, August 7 4:15, Learning How To Fall, Queen Of New Orleans, and even a couple from the powerstation years like Who Said It Would Last Forever, and Strigin' A Line. I don't suppose they count though.
