Interesting interview. 10 lbs overweight, poor thing. Just get over it. My cat is heavier than 10 pounds. All of the facts in it are off though. They said the tour started last May, they were on stage for almost 4 hours, that Obama went for office in 2009, and they actually said Asbury "Dukes". And Jon seemed rather crabby in it, although it's just a paper interview, I can kinda tell.

Terrible interview. Stupid questions, and even dumber answers by Jon. Not surprised he was frustrated by Obama- that is the lockstep democrat thing to do.

how do you feel about her negative comments cutting up the band? Surely as super fans like myself you want to chip in and say, have you heard these days, i believe, or hey god missy?

Not a bad interview, but the sly dig at the end was disappointing and predictable.

Im a bit tired of Jon whinging about being tired- it's not like he's driving himself around Travelodges and hostels and doing hours and hours of work. He gets to fly to countries and stay in the best hotels, then get to do something he professes to love for a few hours, which he gets handsomely rewarded for.
He has other tasks to fulfill to, but its work and we all have to do it. Its the one thing I don't like hearing to be honest.

Not a bad interview, at least it was different.

But clearly Jon is again sick of touring... If he's in this mindset it makes it unlikely that they will dig up suprise songs for the fans as it takes some work (practice), article says they don't even soundcheck.

it's along interview and we can see how Jon can be (the interviewer didnt change the tone he was in) I don't like it but it shows how jon is .. at least it's good for that ... he is in a complaining and bragging ...LOL

Jon takes himself way too seriously.

The Observer is a newspaper that prides itself on a certain cool left wing edge, it's no surprise the journo reduced the band to a commercial, fake circus at the end.

sorry to be a real simpleton here but can anyone give me any advice as to how to add a picture to my sugnature

i have tried attaching and and saving an image to 'edit profile picture' etc but nothing shows after a post?

thanks for any help at all

It has to be an image off the web, uploaded sigs have a size limit.
