I hope someone seriously asks Jon, WTF happened to The Experience? And why what was advertised wasn't delivered?

Ironic that Jon just happens to do a Q&A on The Experience, around the same time most memberships expire. Jon's pretty much ignored this thing for two years and now all of a sudden he shows up for a Q&A.
