Since when was the HAND smirk called 'JoeV'? And why is it being labelled JoeV? I've done a search of the forums and Google and all I've found is http://www.joevs.com/ which does look pretty cool, I gotta admit.

There was a Fan Club contest to name the smiley. I think the lady that won, wrote a song or poem about Joe V. I am not a member of the fan club or I would get the full info. Maybe someone that can access the boards can share more about it.

I dont get it. Its a picture.

but that website does look pretty cool.

The contest was just to name the smiley. You didn't have to write anything extra.
