As a matter of fact Jon is a great human being and quite friendly with his fans. Despite his work as philanthropist he proves whenever he has the chance that he's a nice guy. So here's my story, well last year Jon Bon Jovi was on holidays in the Ionian Islands in Greece with his family. Once they reached Kefallonia's Fiskardo, a well known place for the tourists who decide to visit the island, I was on holidays during that period of time there too, Jon & his family and of course his security they got down and they wanted to take dinner so they visited one of the most famous Greek restaurants placed in Fiskardo called 'Tasia' (a quite expensive restaurant which isn't a paradise after all, I had better dinners/lunches in less known taverns/restaurants) so his security insisted to sit on a table somewhere in the corner of the restaurant so he would be less visible & the fans wouldn't spot him easily. The news that he had arrived in the island were spread fast the previous day so most of the people were aware about him. So Jon kindly told them no and he picked a table placed in the centre of the restaurant. The security went out and 'guarded' the restaurant, then the fans appeared, Jon was already spotted but the security didn't let them in. So when Jon noticed the fans, he told the security guys to let them in and so they did. He was a very simple & usual guy, he chatted with the fans and they got their photos with him. So Jon felt in love with the island and tasted the Greek hospitality & love for him & the band so he started building a house in Skala, a village in Kefallonia.
So Jon might be dickhead sometimes but he's a nice guy after all
