I think they should update the Surgeon General's warning to say, "Smoking may cause cancer, emphasema, heart disease, stroke, harm to unborn children and ass sagging." Maybe that's what happened to Richie's ass. He's been smoking for 20+ years, so instead of sagging, his ass just disappeared alltogether! WHY is the ass sagging component of cigarettes not a major news story?! It's probably the government's fault.
