LOL I know I am late but this thread was funny indeed .. I won't comment about the Box cover .. Jon liked it ...Jon praised the terrific art work .. that's his opinion ....

is there any of you who saw the promo cd or the added cd from the japanese box set ? I have it I can scan it if you want .. just to make you comment about it

Isn't it very similar to the main boxset cover? Thats how I remember seeing it anyway....

Isn't it very similar to the main boxset cover? Thats how I remember seeing it anyway....
it's basicaly from the same photo shot .... but the art work is from what was decided with the FIRST cover ... not small pictures but one big ... though it has something that make it "special"

it's an offical art work the promotionnal cd for the radios (and BTW the japanese added 5th cd) and they put a big Jon's gold lame on it but cut his head off .. it's just his body in big from the chest to the middle of the thighs .. kinda weird choice for me ...

Definately a weird choice. I still dont understand why they had to keep with those dreadfull gold suits after all. Even when they were told they couldnt use the 'origional' cover for the boxset, they should have just scrapped all shots and started from scratch. It would be much more pleasing on the eye, with a 'normal' pictures.

Additionally, they promised us that all regions would get the same boxset, yet as always they have to try and make that little extra by giving the japanese that bonus disk. They knew diehard Americans/Europeans would purchase both sets. No wonder they waited til after everyone had burchsed it, before they released details of the '5th cd' Dont get me wrong, I love the boxset, they just shouldnt be ripping off their fans by allowing other territories to have extra stuff. Its not as though they 'deserve' it.

KEV if somone has been ripped off it's the japanese fans who got a twice more expensive Box just for an added cd in a separated board case with songs that hade been all already released .... plus on the box I got there was NO SUBTITLES on the DVD (maybe it was a glitch I can't say) the japanese box I got was USA product (with the FBI logo on it)
