You're a little late to that party.

Please stop embarrassing yourself. Everyone with a little Bon Jovi-knowledge knows that DC is the third music-writing-wheel in that ensemble.

That was a long time ago. he also co-wrote things like Fast Cars or Army Of One. Bon Jovi should make an record on her own merits. It's time for doing an album more personal. Even could produce themselves.

Call me crazy, but this would be fantastic.

It also bothers me that both, Jon and Richie, write their solo songs with others songwriters, but hey, that's another story.

Yet Desmond is all over These Days, easily their most personal and natural sounding album. People need to understand that the band sounds like the way the band wants to sound regardless of who they're getting to produce and write with. No outside is going to come in and dictate their way of doing things.

Like already pointed out in here, collaborating with DC is one of the main reasons Bon Jovi became as big as they did. I would never ever underestimate his role and his influence on Bon Joviīs success.

Of course, by the end of the day, I guess weīll never really know how much input DC actually had on any given song. Yet I think itīs safe to assume his input was crucial in many of their most succesfull songs. Who knows, some songs may even be completely written by him, whereas on some songs he may just have added a few notes here and there.

So even if this sounds too obvious: Bad Name, Prayer, Love Song, KTF, OWN, BTBMB, Bad Medicine, WITW, BOB, D4U and so on. Am I not talking about the signature sound of Bon Jovi?

EDIT: I know people already commented this DC issue in here and Rolo already answered so I am a bit late. But when it comes to DC, I canīt help but write down my thoughts every time his name pops out. Itīs just that DC`s role in Bon Joviīs story is crucial.
