The lack of vocal power and energy on stage is much more of an indicator of Jon's physical condition than the grey hair that we keep going on about. I think dyed hair often looks tacky on older men - it suits some of course, but as the face ages (as Jon's certainly has), the hair should change to match.
Honestly, when it comes to looks, I thought that Jon looked cooler the THINFS promo than he has since LH or HAND. Mature, gritty and serious - not at all glamorous or goofy as he often came across in previous years. I still stand by the assertion that Jon should give some facial hair a go, but who gives a shit. I just want him to be comfortable in his own skin - maybe then he can regain some confidence and improve on the vocal/songwriting front!
