Hmmm...I wouldn't be surprised if it was a thinning hair area but it is also a spot where men often have cowlicks which make it hard for the hair to lay right. If you look at the women's hairstyles when they glance down, in the areas where the hair is parted, the scalps look very visible. Cowlicks are similar. I think he looks his age and looks nice. He will probably always be a handsome man. He takes care of himself, is healthy, can probably turn on/off a certain "star quality" that make heads turn.

In this last tour his hair was worn shorter and less blond which to me seemed less sexy. He also seemed to tone down the open shirts on stage, the ripping off the shirts, everyone commented how he moved less, etc. He still has IT, but it's changed.

At his age I don't feel old but my looks are changing and I'm changing my styles. I can still wear clothes I wore years ago but don't feel as comfortable doing so. [And I still take care of myself and look good if I do say so myself.]
