I don't think this is a "rip off". It's the same music and same lyrics. Maybe there was some kind of agreement betweem them before releasing it on BJ? You can't just "cover" someone and put it on your disc!

This one doesn't really apply as its the one song Jon didn't write! It may be a cover or stolen by Avsec, but Jon is not guilty on this one.
