I remember that story too, but I find it really hard to believe that Jon & Richie sat around going through tapes deciding which songs to rip off. If they did they would have had a ridiculous amount of law suits by now. Funny he never sued (his reasonings in the post are poor - as if you wouldn't if you thought you were owed millions of dollars in royalties), or posted his version of the track it seems....

He just sounds like a bitter guy, with a grudge against them for some reason - probably jealousy.
