Default Jon Bon Jovi backing vocals?

Hey y'all.

As we all know, or you will now find out, I'm a 16 year old who loves hair metal. Being I'm so young, I'm only now getting my hands on other albums by other hair bands besides Bon Jovi.

And recently I discovered that Jon sang backing vocals on "Nothin' for Nothin'" and "In From the Outside" from Cinderella's Night Songs, and on "Heads I Win, Tails You Lose" from Ratt's Detonator.

Aside from Richie's work with Pink, I'm wondering if any other members of the band were credited with backing vocals on other records. Does anybody know of any?

Thanks

My memory pretty much sucks, but I can tell you some songs that Jon or both of them have got playing, singing, or writing credits for. I'm sure someone will correct me with any errors or supply the missing data.

Kiss the Bastards, Saints & Sinners (I think this was a writing credit with Jon & Dave Sabo, can't remember if there were vocals or not).
Hell Is Living without You, Alice Cooper
Yeah, Eddie Murphy (Jon and Richie both sing)
House of Cards, Rockhead
Soul's On Fire, I've Been Working Too Hard, Southside Johnny (Jon only, singing)
Rockin' Around the Christmas Tree, Darlene Love & Ronnie Spector (Jon plays guitar)
Jon sang background on a few songs on Billy Falcon's Pretty Blue World CD.

Jon does backing vocals on Alice Cooper's Trash (the song from the album with the same title)..."If my love was like a lollipop, would you lick it?!" Great quote. Very cool song.

Becky mentioned Hell is Living without You (also from Trash), but as far as I remember it's just Richie playing guitar on that. It's on the same album.

I think Jon also does some backing vocals, played guitar and produced Aldo Novas "Blood on the Bricks". Good album, haven't listened to it in ages...might do it right now actually.

Richie plays on a Carmine Appice song called "Gonna Rain". I put it onto youtube...but that's playing guitar, no backings.

Don't Jon and Richie also play on some Gorky Park song? I don't remember what it was called.

And there's definitely quite a few more...but I just can't remember.

The Gorky Park song is Peace in Our Time.

I knew I was forgetting one of the Alice Cooper songs. They cowrote Hell is Living without You. There were rumors that they did some ghostwriting for that album too.

I know Jon and Richie (and i think possibly the rest of the band) did backing vocals on Cher's song Bang Bang. I want to say they did backing vocals on Cher's Does Anybody Really Fall In Love Anymore, which they also wrote. I am sure someone on here knows! Probably Becky

(cue me on the big screen) JBJ: "How good have you been? Oh My God!" (laughs, more teasing) JBJ: "You want it huh, you want it huh? Blood on Blood just for you, the good girl in the front row? The all request hour, the girl in the front row has just asked for Blood on Blood, ok, Merry Christmas young lady!" Amazing <3

Jon sang backing vocals on Bang Bang and Jon and Richie sang both in We All Sleep Alone. And Richie, Dave, Tico & Alec played on those 2 songs. No vocals on Does Anybody... by the neither of them.

Richie is also on Bo Bice's record "The Real Thing":
- Nothing without you: written by Jon, Richie, John Shanks; guitar solo: Richie; additional background vocals: Richie
- Willing to try: written by John Shanks, Richie; additional background vocals: Richie

Richie played guitar on Hell but also did backing vocals along with Jon.

About Trash - funny you should say that - I always thought it was Steven Tyler who said that until a couple days ago when I listened to it in the background and it sounded more like Jon.
