Gotta' love the Bon Jovi bashing
Dude, learn how to write in the correct context

Your title states "Jon Bon Jovi is the mastermind behind Thunder"..... Is this sarcasm? Because in 1988 Bon Jovi was the mastermind behind a ton of bands.

Then you put in quotes a story how everyone went nuts during a Lita Ford concert when Bon Jovi came out. Who are you quoting? This unknown loser Luke Morley or the other unknown loser such as yourself?

I'll assume it's the unknown loser from that unknown band who says that he's better than Bon Jovi in 1988.... Dude, no one was better than Bon Jovi in 1988.

So Bon Jovi comes out for the encore and the place goes nuts yet he's better than this wanker? This is the Bon Jovi bashing that you get off on? And how was Thunder born that night? Was he in the audience watching and decided that he could do better? Because it must have really worked out in his favor…

Pointless post!

BTY, Is this the footage from them doing American Band during AAA?

Dude, whatever you're on either
a) share it with the rest of the board so we can see through your eyes

or

b) stop using it.

I prefer option b.

Hahahaa! Good point!

Rdkopper, why don't you do yourself and everyone else on this board a favour and block me, ignore me, whatever the option is when you don't see my posts anymore? People can than focus again on what the actual topic was, rather than telling you how retarded you are.

I love it how your idiocy has taken the onus off me so I can rebuild on here. Keep it up pal!

My view on Thunder: I couldn't care less whether BJ were behind the success of Thunder. I highly doubt they were, but I personally love the band. I deem it imperative that every proper rock and roll fan has a copy of Thunder's double disk live album. Quite possibly one of the best live albums I own. Cant find any vids on youtube of that concert but this is from last year:

Who is this Clown AKA Thunder? Michael Bolton's brother?

You stating that you need to "rebuild" on here admits that everything you have said and spoken for prior was complete garbage. Why would you look so pathetic like that?

I know that I can talk circles around most people here when it comes to Bon Jovi and all rock n roll in general, prior to the year 2000. I don't need their approval.

There are people here who sound like they know what they are talking about but its all text-book garbage. "Jon’s favorite color is blue because that was the write-up in Teen Beat Magazine from 1988"

We never cross paths but you were one of the few people here I had respect for because you always had confidence with your own opinions and facts. You admitting you that you need to rebuild makes you look worse than Panda, of which who I have absolute no respect for. He's a little Troll and his only comeback ever is, "no one respects you here" He has never contributed any worthy information and the best thing to do is just ignore him.

Be your own individual and don't side with these few idiots.

This is a Bon Jovi fan board and I come here to read intelligent information, good or bad. Nothing annoys me more when I go to read what looks like an interesting topic and it’s something ridicules like some no name band calling Bon Jovi a “Wanker” and the person posting saying “you gotta love Bon Jovi bashing” What a ****ing Moron and A complete waste of time!

Such a great band, and a great singer and frontman. A few years older than JBJ, but still got a great/better rock N'roll voice..

JBJ - I believe

"Sambora's face is a mask of joyous disbelief, as if previously unaware of his ability to play the instrument at all. Reaching the last fistful of notes, he does a fair impression of a man who is actually ejaculating into his jet black flares."

Hang on a bit. Calm down. I can feel your rage all the way from New Jersey to Liverpool. I'll be the first to admit i'm a bit of a wind up merchant and some people on here (naming no names, but I think you can guess) make it all too easy. I cant help myself. Some people on here are too self obsessed and i HAVE to bring them down. This hasn't served me well on here - I dont want to be banned so I'm just trying to hone myself in a little. Be a little more compromising. When it comes to being a Bon Jovi fan it pisses me off all this "i'm a better fan than you", "i'm more hardcore" etc etc. I'm not siding with anyone dude. But calm down! Listen to a bit of Thunder. buy that live album. Proper old school rock and roll. Michael Bolton? Dont make me laugh. Very under-estimated band.

Was at that show and it was amazing. The whole festival actually was brilliant. Judas Priest on the first night. And SKIN. ****in' hell, the singers nose started to bleed and he went on singing....great two days

And yes, Thunder rocks big time. Great band. And no, Bon Jovi are not behind their success...it was just a quote from their guitar player. As far as I vaguely remember Richie Sambora is actually really good friends with him...they might have even jammed together at some biker festival in 1998... don't quote me on it though.

It's funny when people have no idea what they're talking about, but still try to act like they're right... But Google is your friend.

Oh, and Luke Morley is hardly an unknown loser nor is Thunder an unknown band. Just because YOU don't know them, doesn't mean the rest of the world doesn't either. Somehow one would expect a little more from a 38-year old.
