I answered the survey too fast so I will to qualify. Jon has the best voice and sings better in terms of performances, at least his first 20 years of career, then he has progressively down and gone, today there is very little left of that. Richie Sambora sings well, is good and his voice delights me, but it's not as good as Jon's, what I can say about Richie is that he can still sing with passion. Their songs are so different, and special for me, so for me it's not about who is the best or worst singer, but how to create and teach their own art, and the feeling.
