I have no idea how much money David has made with his musicals but I am sure Richie was payed much more than David and Tico because he co wrote all the songs and is the only Bon Jovi member that is known to the wider public.
So I assume that the gap between David and Tico is down to the musicals because I think it is possible that Richie got 5 times more than the other guys in the band.
