Jon Bon Jovi stars as long-time loser and chronic dreamer Frank Hopper, who is convinced he's hit the jackpot when he receives a credit card in the mail. He uses the card to finance his dream of creating an all-woman ice hockey team. Frank then finds himself in debt to the tune of over $300,000.

Cameras are set to roll this May in North Carolina.
