No - I don't think an apology was needed either. Tune into any Yankee-Red Sox game and Boston will be chanting Yankees Suck through the whole game.

It was just an expression of displeasure LOL and he has every right to show his displeasure with a call. I know - I know - he is suppoed to set a good example but he is still only human - and a fan of the game.

I agree.
I can understand why he apologized, but it wasn't needed.


BTW, try sitting in Section 56 during a Subway Series game.

there were more than a few times, I wanted to do that at the refs at the hockey games. Well this one Ref in particular.

didn't see the Ga Force VS Soul game, so I didn't see the bird. Sorry I missed it. LOL IMO as some of the others have stated, I see no reason for him to apologize.

Was the apology needed. In my eyes, no.
But christ, the guy's the face of the league, and a team owner.
Of course if he gives the ****ing finger on National TV, he's gonna have to throw out a PR apology.
