I'm going to petition now for an apology from Richie for his (repeated) gesturing during Have A Nice Day live during the last tour there. I found it very offensive. I also didnt like the use of the word 'shit' on Someday i'll be saturday night either, i think i'll demand an apology for that too. And while im at it, ill demand one for releasing TLFR too.

Great line for the TFLR.

But, stuff done on stage is different.
Jon got caught with his figurative pants down on national television.
And in this particular PC country, he, like any other celebrity, is gonna offer a ham fisted public apology.

Yeah - it reminds me of the flap a few years ago when he flipped someone off at a concert I was at - Hartford, Conn 2003. The poor girl was beside herself

about that soul game story .... about flipping the bird at a game .. well if it was football the real one or in europe this maybe wouldn't have be that bad ..but hey IT IS ARENA FOOTBALL IT IS THE USA ... Jon had to apologize of course

I though think Jon cannot have it all .. if he want to be mr nice guy , mr perfect dad or some role model and bring arena football to the philly ppl saying it's family oriented then yes flipping the bird was uncalled for as the touchdown was good and Jon didn't KNOW the rules
.. this is how tv works in the usa and even if it was not in the usa he may have had issues with it ... hey the Dixie Chicks said they were ashamed to be from Texas IN LONDON and see what happened to them ...so if the media decide to get you they will get you ....the written apologies are posted on the philly soul mesage board and the tv apologies were posted on backstage too .. (seing Jon saying: I was bad I am sorry .. this is not something you see everyday)

People take things way too seriously now a days , there was no reason for him to have to apologize for something like that .... I think it was hilarious .... Go Jonny !!! Give em hell
