Maybe we should add to the question that if he finally releases it (can also be a video download via their site, doesn't have to be a DVD release), we'll stop bothering him about that show + Cadillac Man once and for all

Can't we dump the DVDs and go for blu-rays or 4k instead?

I doubt that they filmed Hammersmith on 16mm film and hence a Blu-Ray or 4k release wouldn't make much sense other than blowing up the costs for it.

I would be happy if they just released Hammersmith Odeon in digital audio download (mp3 / Flac). In fact, they should do like the Livemetallica website, launch some of the best shows of all their tours.

It would be a great moment for make if they get the induction.
