Yep. He was at Wembley in 1988, together with Elton John and Rick Allen:

I asked if he found the audio for the show whilst going through the vaults.
He remembered the show and Brian May being there and double checked the date of the show with me. We spoke about the show a little and he did say we have some footage as it was filmed but it didn’t seem aware of an audio recording.

It was a brilliant event. The new album was cool and he said it only took a week longer to record than slippery. He said they knew what they had was good. He also said he recorded it 7 months ago and if he recorded it again tomorrow it would sound even better. He seemed to genuinely want the feedback and was the most laidback ive ever seen him. I think the Q&As tomorrow will be great if he is in the same mood.
What’s the full version of Kiss the Bride like as the clip sounds horrible and definitely sounds like it’s one he should had re-recorded?😬

On the way back from the Kingston Q&A now. Was short and sweet, no new info but great to see Jon and he seemed on good form. Think it must have been really hard for him to sit there while the new songs played and not burst into song. Walls of Jericho sounded great, can imagine it working well live.

Only heard it once and as someone with a daughter coming of age, it didn’t grab me.

Jon had what sounded like an hour long interview on BBC Radio 5 live this afternoon. Sounded really good. Also very candid and honest re the voice. They too played a clip of Living Proof, sounded great turning the volume up!

yes, it was a great interview. I think JBJ is at peace with where he is in his life, if he goes out ever again it's because he can and wants to.

No selfish reasons, just to play....If he doesn't he makes records until he wants to call it a day.

I just wish Jon had this perspective when Richie was around...Now if he did go out it would be a small tour, spread out......

I think time and his voice-op has made he reassess his life and mistakes in the band.

He acknowleged 2022 Tour was a mistake, but people had to be payed and didn't want to let them down, even if he knew those 16 shows were tiresome with his vocal issues....

If JBJ did ever go out again, I hope Richie Sambora plays at least a show or two.......I don't think if he did tour again it's the farewell tour just yet....

Only someone horrible would wish he doesn't go out to tour again, I think most fans wish he can......Whether he does remains to be seen.
