Jon the geologist also says the melting point of rocks is 7800F and I've been told this isn't the case. (I wouldn't know). Anyway, why hang on every word he says? It ain't gospel, it ain't meant to be, just listen to the music because you like it (or don't if you don't).

And exactly where in this thread did he say that "prety much all the setlists are shit"?
Even if he had done it (and i know he's done it before, but not right here), if thats his opinion you are gonna have to accept it without calling him stupid things simply because your opinion differs from his.

He's doing it all of the time in my eyes. Whenever a new setlist arrives he goes "whoop di doo and another shit set".
I hardly call him stupid things and again, it's not about his opinion but the rude manner he puts it across, i.e. bashing the band and others as if only he is right and knows it all.

If it's his opinion, then why does he not have to accept it without calling Jon, the band or others stupid things? So if he does not, I am allowed to have my say as well.

And as Lynn (rainsong) pointed out, Jon was asked IF he had to make the decision today to record another country record would he. Well....he's not making the decision today, so who knows.

I like Mellencamp and I dont think he sounds country. I like LH but dont want another country twang record. I notice the fiddles more during BJ live performances.

I like LH and have been a big defender of it here, but definitely don't want another country influenced record either....I'd rather they did a death metal record or a dance record than that.

Yeah - that makes two of us LOL. But I'd prefer a plain, old Bon Jovi album myself.

Well us fans will take what we get - but they're right when they say they gotta keep changing/evolving to stay noticed.
