It's hard to tell Matt, but I think when he said, "I get neurotic" that says it all. Maybe he just doesn't want to jinx anything. With him speaking at the country radio thing in a few weeks, I have no doubt the record is going to come out.

True. He's never satisfied with a record, even after it's done. He does have every right to be nervous, this is a big step for the band, it just remains to be seen it's forwards, back or to the side. I just wish he was more excited about it, heh.

Well after the backlash from TLFR, I can't blame him for being nervous about what kind of reception it will get. I think he's just being cautious.

This Left Feels Right was "art" so probably a good thing this turned into something biger! Nah, I jest, I actually really like TLFR although I couldn't tell you the last time I listened to it. I would guess what he means by that is that it's alot less country then he envisioned it being, which for me is something to be optimistic about.

No touring is not a surprise but "no real" tour gives the impression that there may be several one off shows which would be nice.

I don't know what to make of the "doneish" and "he thinks it's coming out". What like it might not get released? I just hope with a GH coming out for Christmas it doesn't get delayed because I'd like to see more then one single being released and for goodness sake if this album is about art and sales aren't paramount then don't go releasing commerical fluff like "I love this town" and give us some art like "Make a Memory".

Maybe the record company are not very impressed with what they've heard. Also the feedback from the two songs they put out may not have been too clever!

It would be very easy for Jon to scrap this project b/c no one knows about it other than the fanclub and other die-hard fans. It could get scrapped for numerous reasons, including the fact that the band doesn't like it, they fear another TLFR or the record Co. hates it. It would allow them to move on with the Greatest Hits cd and possibly use a song or two from the country album in the new rock album (which could now be moved up to next year). I wouldn't be so sure this country album is a sure thing.

thanks a lot can only get the first one, good interview, loved the football chat as I was a fotoball fan befoe BJ existed !!!!!. He said the album is done.....but just sounded like he was there to talk football not music.

It's a huge file, over 50 mg, which sucks since you only need the last half hour of the interview.

We(the fans) are nervous about the record, jbj is nervous, the detractors are waiting to crash the album, richie is more involve in the triangle novel love.
We heard two not so good demos.......

We need to have faith in the band and absolutly support their music, whatever it sound.

LIKE I SAID BEFORE "THEY HAVE ONLY A FEW YEARS TO STAY TOGETHER TO MAKE A RECORD, TOURING, ETC."

Let´s give it a chance to explore the music they want.

?? Richie's not involved in anything, it's everyone that's involved with him. He's just living his life with the girl of his choice and everyones going crazy about it.

Personally I loved one demo, thought the other was good. I don't think we should support the music blindly. If you don't like it, it'd be stupid to say you love it simply because you're a loyal fan. Eh that's just how I see it.
