I was just gonna post "How can you change greatness?" I mean that song is a master piece. It's arguably Bon Jovi's best ever song. It's certainly up there in the top two or three for me anyway and I just think it's perfect the way it is. That said, if it gets more airplay live then that can only be a good thing.
