Jon's AMA Acceptance Speech

Truthfully. It's a two-bladed sword. Jon did all the talking, that's nothing new when a band is accepting an award. He did mention rest of the gang.
It did appear as *he* got the award, not the band. On the other hand, it's been clear for years that the band is all about Jon anyway....

Well, yeah, I just happen to dislike it when fans make it out as if he is trying to f*ck up every other member by any single chance, when he is not. I bet all the members were just fine with how it went.

Although I think this is a mistake, according to the press release the award was for Jon Bon Jovi.

Nicollette Sheridan and Eva Longurio (sp?)

I have just got the AMA tape from the states. The 2 actresses announced the award was for Bon Jovi and the Giant lite up screen behind the guys when performing was also BON JOVI. It was obvious that Jon was speaching on behalf of the band especially towards the end when he mentioned all band members kids.

Now to the AMA performance, I was a bit disappointed , they didnt really seem into it at all, maybe it was just so over rehearsed and they were tired .

Speech, Jon said all the right things but seemed awkward.
