When I saw them in 2010 he was moving a lot more than this I think it really depends on the audience ( in USA they always seem to be more lazy) and the fact that he isn't a Bruce Dickinson. You can see his struggle with some songs, he damaged a lot his voice in the past and that is appearing now.
