there is a big difference between richie's solo albums tico's art and jon's acting career. first of all richie's albums are music and that's what the fans like- the music and secondly tico's art doesn't prevent him from being in the band.
but.... jon's movies have nothing to do with music and do prevent jon from being in the band.
and their long break from these days to crush proved that their music had gone worse rather than better. |
I yi yi... HELLO! If Richie is making a solo album, Jon is going to do one too! So it's not like he's not producing music. It's just that he's ALSO going to do movies. Jon has an incredible amount of creative energy. He wrote two albums in the time it took Richie to do one. Had the record company not been bought out, there would have been ANOTHER album in the collection. And that info is completely reliable since we heard his demos for said solo album in 1998 at a fan club party. Some of those songs surfaced on Crush and some as demos and some haven't yet, but he had enough for and, at the time, was planning another solo album. His acting is not hurting his production of music. It only helps by keeping him excited about creating. Jon is not going to stop writing songs and making records.
