i could give a silly answer like "it's because i was doing too much "

but the truth is i was doing too much sport a few years ago etc etc... anyway muscles didn't grow as fast as my bones, so i had inflamations under my knees, and the bones were 'touching'/grinding in certain allignments...

as far as i'm aware they're much better now - but gets band in the bloody winter... which in UK looks to be going on till summer...

btw... can you speak welsh or do you just loiter around there? if so can you pronounce the longest railway station name??
