I didn't even think I was nominated for funniest person. If I remember correctly I nominated and voted for you.

I made this topic in response to the topic about Richies tattoo(s). I find it stupid how people treat musicians and actors nowadays, they aren't really people in most of the publics eyes but celebrities. This somehow entitles the public to know every intimate detail about their lives, which I perceive as wrong, and it gives them no privacy at all.

How would you like to be on tv and in magazines, with your looks and your movements constantly criticised and debated?

I so totally agree with you and it is So admirable of you to say this. This is exactly how I feel. Everything ANY musician, actor or public person does is under a microscope. God forbid they sneeze, it's reported in 50 different countries all over that they did. I would hate to live in a fish tank with everyone watching my every move and commenting on everything I had to say, or thought about saying., it is truly sad.

it is excessive the attention they get now, but I would like to add that they did fight to become famous and earn millions. Most quote it is the best job in the world , they r not saying that for no reason, they enjoy their lifestyles and they crave the attention, if they didnt in the first place they would have got up on stage .

if that was a question (hypothetical or not) it needs a question mark. and to answer your (hypothetical) question; i don't usually read them because they are pointless but this particularly annoyed me because, as seb said, mr anderson comes up with a thread like this during voting time every year. he's desparate to be a mod, desparate to win an award and, quite frankly, its very boring now.
