Like Mouse said, the other band members speak that way too. Richie has called Bon Jovi HIS band and Bon Jovi records HIS new records. But do you jump down his throat? No. He doesn't even have the excuse of the band having his last name. Technically, the band IS Jon's and the records are HIS because he's the only one with the contract. To act like Jon has commited a federal offense over saying "HIS" is just silly.
