I can make that statement because of the many videos and bootlegs I have seen through the years since 2001 of the OWN Tour.
I was not in Wembley 1995 or Hammersmith Odeon 1990 and I can say they are probably the best gigs of their tours.

Even from the top of my head I could name 3 shows in 1995 that were better than Wembley
