I was the actually taping and I thought two of the skits that were funnier were left out of the show.

But, Karen, is right, Jon said this when the show was taped back in October 2007.

SNL is on the Comedy Channel on Foxtel/Austar in Australia. Most of the time, when I watch it (rarely), I'm laughing because it's so bad rather than because it's genuinely funny. The bedroom and naming the band skits (along with Richie flubbing his lines -- even if that wasn't intentional, it worked better that way ) would be up there with the best stuff I've seen on SNL.

I did read this article and it did surprise me. He seems very serious and business like, more than funny??? Now Richie is a different story...he seems free spirited.

that was a hoot, and the NJ gameshow was a little funny, but WTF was with the alien one!?!?!?!? that was just dumb. SNL is not funny anymore. it's just sad.

oh yeah! I forgot about the naming the band skit!! that was also funny. and I did crack up when Richie forgot his 1 line!
